La Panoramica is a Bed and breakfast of charme in a prestigious property of the beginning of nineteen century.The ancient residence, completely restored is a gorgeous place with mosaic on the floors and very high ceiling both original of the period; the ancient walls give a pleasant cool temperature during the warm season. The house is placed in a panoramic location and it has a wonderfull view: each evening you can admire a different romantic sunset. We stay in Tivoli center, nearby Villa D'Este gardens, Villa Gregoriana and all Tivoli attractions. Large rooms, all with private shower/wc, elegant furniture and most of them with a panoramic view ; Standard, Superior and Family.

The Superior room "Nicolò Arnaldi", is a very special place where you will feel like a prince . It is a 25 mq large room with shower en-suite, mosaic on the floor, elegant furniture and a private panoramic terrace of 16 m.q. large, provided with a relax area. In the morning you can exit in the terrace and your day will start in a marvellous way.

For all our guests the house has: Panoramic living room for breakfast, with a delightfull terrace where you can relax after an excursion, admiring our unique view. Breakfat is served here, during the warm season.
