We are strategically located opposite  the entrance  of the  famous  Villa d'Este gardens, ideally placed for visiting the center, at few steps of all Tivoli attractions. Just around the corner you can find the main street, with  shops, typical restaurants, internet cafè and all the services the town can offer. 

The house:    The bed and breakfast  is in  a tipycal  italian house of the  historical center.The delightful and  large Terrace, overlooked Villa D'Este square, gives a great value to your stay; it is  the pefect place where you can relax after an excursion and take the picture of your holiday. From here, you can see all around the terracotta roofs of the ancient town, the lovely church of the square and the  Villa D'Este main door. Breakfast is served in terrace during the warm season.

 The rooms : 

Standard, Superior and Family rooms. They  are recently renewed and painted with warm colors.

The Superior room is a panoramic sunny and confortable room;  the night area is separate from the dressing room. There are  two windows overlooked Villa D'Este square and shower/wc en-suite.
